Malaysian Nature Society Jungle Walk

We partnered with the Malaysian Nature Society (MNS) and organized a jungle walk storytelling event held at Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM).

RIMAU NGO x Menraq Rangers Program

We collaborated with RIMAU NGO to raise awareness on Malayan Tigers and are looking to develop an education kit for the Jahai indigenous community to empower their children to become wildlife rangers.

Storytelling at Tenby International School

We were invited to a storytelling event at Tenby International school reading to 500 students as part of their animal awareness week.

GEC x Storytelling Training Session

Anak Rimba and GEC held an outdoor storytelling training session for teachers to raise awareness among pre-schoolers about the importance of clean rivers.

Sociopreneur ID x Fesovity Empathy Project

We collaborated with Sociopreneur ID and trained their volunteers on storytelling and created a tutorial to make tapir hand puppets in an event held in Jakarta which was attended by 1000 students, 500 parents & teachers and 350 volunteers.

Yayasan Sime Darby Arts Festival

We organized a storytelling session followed by an art workshop as part of the Yayasan Sime Darby Arts Festival (YSDAF) with 30,000 visitors attending the 2-day event.

World Conservation Day Storytelling

We did a storytelling session at Kinokuniya to celebrate World Conservation Day in collaboration with The Golden Space to promote mindfulness and conservation education to children.

Fashion Collaboration with d.d Collective & Friends

Anak Rimba Books, d.d collective, Sometime by Asian Designers and Sereni & Shentel collaborated in launching a fashion collection with part proceeds going towards wildlife conservation.

The Rimba Friends Animation

We won a development grant from MDEC to develop an animation series based on our books. We were also selected to represent Malaysia in the 2019 Asian Animation Summit in Korea.
